Not Water
Our “Not Water” is a loose-leaf tea that has been a staple in our family for years. It is made with organically home-grown herbs. Mint and lemonbalm give it a unique yet versatile flavor that makes it refreshing served cold and comforting served warm. Stevia sweetens it lightly, while tulsi calms the mind and body, and echinacea boosts the immune system.
Simmer herbs on low in a gallon of water for 5 minutes, then steep for up to 30 minutes. Add to a gallon jar and refrigerate.
For a cup at a time; boil 8-10 ounces of water and pour over 2 teaspoons tea. Let steep up to 10 minutes.
These herbs can be reused for another brew. The first batch of tea will be the most potent.
