This sprinkle is full of all the Earth’s goodness and energy in the spring. It is harvested on Barefoot Acres Herbs’ property by yours truly. It’s lovingly foraged/grown, rinsed with non-chlorinated-filtered water, dried in a 95 degree chamber with a fan, cut with stainless steel shears and kept in a glass jar out of sun and heat until the time of year when our bodies most crave these nutrients. It’s great as a sprinkle on pasta, salads, on popcorn, rice or as a spice in sauces. Our favorite uses are on popcorn, pasta or in a broth when sick.
